Huge pot hole under manhole cover in middle of Furzefield Close

There looks to be a huge hole under a manhole cover. We are concerned as vehicles regularly drive over this and it looks ready to collapse in on itself. This is incredibly dangerous and an accident waiting to happen. This really needs repair before the issue gets considerably worse.

    What on earth is this?! Worse than ever, this needs urgent attention and a PROPER fix not just some tarmac chucked down which has already broken!!

    This is in severe danger of becoming a sink hole!!
