My apologies for the delays in the completion of the works. Following three back to back storms the teams have been working through the storm clearance process. The contractor has been chased up for the jobs completion and will undertake it as a priority.

Resident has called to advise that the issue has not been resolved. There is still an issue with the roots affecting the resident's garden wall and the roots are beginning to break open the pavement. The resident would like someone to come out and speak with the resident to discuss the issue and to try and resolve the issue as this has gone on for quite some time and is starting to cause frustration.

Thank you for the comment, the work raised on the tree, was to do a crown reduction, this would help to reduce the size of the roots. If there is damage still occurring to the wall, please go to Bromley Borough Council website and fill out the Sutton insurance claim form. This will generate a report that will be passed to the appropriate officer.
