  • The request is for an appropriate number of suitable species of trees to be planted in the current planting season in Meadow Road along the pavements on both sides. Perhaps 3 or 4 each side , total 6 to 8, alternately staggered along the road to provide amenity, shade in due course and improve the appearance of the streetscape. The council tree officers will know what type and where, with regard to husbandry and longevity.
