Icecream van trading repeatedly in a school road while it is closed to traffic

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4994830.

There is an icecream van that one a few occasions has parked on Overbury Avenue for extended periods. Not only is this a street trading issue, and goes against the healthy eating policy of the school, but it's in a school road that is otherwise closed to traffic so contravenes the whole purpose of having less vehicle pollution for the children.
