Bin not emptied

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5005415.

Bin not emptied. Contractors arrived at 10.57am, slowed down, just looked at bin did not get out and just drove off leaving bin still full of rubbish. Persistent problem, either empty regularly or take bin away!
