Rubbish bags ripped apart by Foxes

Reported via mobile in the Street Cleansing and Litter category anonymously at 15:59, Tuesday 19 September 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5010610.

This particular house is a health and safety hazard, the most recent of which, is rubbish bags left out on the street for the foxes and Rats to pull apart. There are used sanitary pads on the street, aswell as other household waste. The residents clearly are unable to look after themselves nor the property. The pavement is unusable, aswell as unsanitary. It has been like this for an unacceptable amount of time.
