Half baked idea of a David Bowie lightning flash set into the footway but created with only a thin layer of coloured tarmac which has been in a disintegrating state for 5 years. High St Beckenham 20m N jct Village Way (outside Zizzis restaurant).

High St Beckenham 20m N jct Village Way (outside Zizzis restaurant). Please either repair the 'tourist attraction' with a deep hard wearing material or remove completely. It is just embarrassing at present.
