On saturday 16th Sept I tripped on this and it was necessary to call an ambulance. I have three stitches in my forehead and broken ribs. The ambulance men said I should report as the accident caused by this hazard could have been life threatening.

We have investigated this report and found it to be the responsibility of Virgin Media. We have therefore referred the enquiry to Virgin Media.
