Hedges along the footpath need to be cut back

Reported via desktop in the Tree Requires Pruning category anonymously at 18:00, Thursday 21 September 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5019034.

When the footpath next to the Ravensbourne River catchment pond in the lower part of Church House Gardens (from below the playground to Glassmill Lane) was re-laid a number of years ago the footpath was wide enough for people to easily walk in both directions without bumping into one another. Over the past 5 years less-and-less of the hedges have only been lightly trimmed so now encroach so much that the footpath is now effectively a single track. Would you please cut the hedges right back and reinstate the two-way footpath? Hopefully that will eliminate the verbal abuse some people give to slow walkers & the elderly.
