Spoil not removed after road repairs

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5019321.

Large amount of spoil not removed after road repairs outside 38 Clevedon Road, saftey barriers being blown across the road in line of traffic, put back in place by myself every day because of issues to road users, gutter obstructed to drain causing flooding.
