  • The suitcase containing builder’s debris reported in September in Hengist Way and reported ‘Fixed’ on this website, the item is still there and the contents are being slowly spread along the road. Reported by Trevor Bettles at 7, Hengist Way. Please expedite removal as soon as possible and I do not understand how it has been described as ‘Fixed’?

  • You were notified about this matter on 23rd September. You stated on 26th September that the matter had been resolved. It clearly had not as it was reported as still live on 28th September and again on 4th October. As of today Sunday 8th October this matter has still not been resolved. How long does it take and why was this matter wrongly described as resolved when it had not been. Please now attend to this without further delay.
