Blocked footpath FP201

Footpath has been blocked by a fence belived to be owned by Waldens bungalow, which I have shown on the map.

    I can confirm that the footpath has been diverted. A stile has been installed in the new fence. I didn't see any pigs though...

    Nothing appears to have changed, other than the planting of a hedge along the new fence. Has this diversion of the path been authorised? If so, why has a stile been installed rather than a gate?
