Over grown Brambles along Brooks Way River by flint bridge

The brambles along the river on the rivers edge between the flint bridge and the black metal bridge need cutting down please they are to over grown you can’t see the river while sitting on the bench there .

  • Can I ask why this is no further action please it’s in need of a good cut because the brambles are taking over the river bank and dog walkers family’s can’t enjoy the river view

  • Thank you for your enquiry regarding the overgrown area in Watermeadows/Brooks Way.

    We have recently received your additional comment which advises this still needs to be completed.

    Unfortunately, due to breakdown, our current banks mower is out of action. We have this scheduled in for next week to be repaired, we are hoping that all will go successful and there are no further issues or delays on having this repaired.

    We aim to have this enquiry completed within the next 2 weeks. We do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and the length of time on having this resolved.
