Poorly lit bollard

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 09:21, Tue 26 September 2023

Sent to Bromley Council 5 hours, 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 5031891.

I was running down the path at around 6:40 this morning and I collided with the bollard along the path. Luckily it was just cuts and bruises so wasn't too serious but could have been much worse. The paint on the bollard is very faded and the section of the path is shaded from the street lights so it was almost invisible. With the mornings and evenings getting darker, some bright paint or reflectors would make this much safer.
