Signs defaced and damaged

The road signs are so damaged car drivers don't even notice them. There are graffitis on them, they are very old and have been hit by vehicles do the are no longer straight

The signs were replaced and look very nice, but the pole of one of them is still leaning. Maybe tht is a more difficult issue to resolve, but if it could be done at some time it would be nice.
