Unnecessary traffic lights

Sent to Bromley Council 3 hours, 35 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 5032277.

Work started 18/9/23 in St johns rd with temporary traffic lights. 99% finished but… Still lights and no sign of workman AND no need for lights. Your assistance to resolve this would be much appreciated.
