Conifer covering the whole foot path

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5036076.

There is a conifer which seems to have spread out on the corner of the foot path where the entrance to the Wayne Close garages are. You now have to walk off the pavement to get around it, which considering it's quite a dark area is quite dangerous. Please could we have the foot path back, thanks.
