Drains on Elstree Hill are blocked and all water and road surface is running down to Calmot Road

If this drain was unblocked perhaps it would save Calmont Road getting so bad. Is it Thames water that needs to be contacted to clear these drains!!

Just been in touch with thames water, they say it is Bromley boroughs responsibility to clear these drains. Hopefully they will do this soon.

On unadopted roads responsiblity for the drainage assets typically rests with the properties along the road. Individual property deeds and/or land registry searches will provide further information.
