  • The fallen tree as you can see has NOT beem removed and is still lying across the footpath

  • Our contractor reported to us that it has been cleared. A service failure for this non completed job has been issued to the contractor and we are awaiting for the contractor to rectify this. We are working with our contractor to resolve this as soon as possible.

  • The tree is still lying across the footpath at the rear of Nash Manor about 500 yards from Nash Lane.

  • The fallen tree is still there and the footpath is overgrown in places and difficult to access because of giant hogweed and nettles. Also the footpath sign itself has been knocked and needs support.

  • I walked the footpath today 4 August and the fallen tree has NOT been removed despite numerous previous reports.

  • This enquiry was closed because the strimming was completed. This is why we kindly request that for EACH INDIVIDUAL issue to be addressed, a new enquiry is made so that it it goes to the correct team to be actioned and to avoid in accurate cross communication.

  • As per our 18 March Update, the tree contractor reported to the Council that they had cleared the tree. We know this was inaccurate, thus we issued them a service failure notice and they must return to site and clear this tree. We apologise on their behalf. We continue to monitor this situation and we are working to ensure that they take appropriate action. We know this is frustrating for the PROW users.
