Gras churned up by dust carts

When crew go around with dustcarts the green on the greenery in the middle of the close is getting churned up and damaged, could this be looked into please

  • Resident of the area has called to say this is getting worse, the churned up grass is now causing mud to go onto the road, this then in turn makes the road slippery, and also makes the green look awful.

  • Thank you for your report. Our Waste services contractor has been alerted. The Highways section will also investigate and consider measures that can be taken on this narrow section of road to stop vehicles mounting the grass area.
