• Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below:: I am a livery owner at Southborough Lane stables which provides the most amazing services for equestrians - for years we have been allowed to carefully and considerately walk through Jubilee park to access the bridle path. This appears to now have been revoked If we have to use Southborough Lane to access the bridle path you are putting people and horses of all ages and abilities in harms way of an RTA There is no safe place to walk, no adequate signage and only 1 lane for traffic Cars, Lorries DO NOT SLOW DOWN This cannot be aligned to the current change in legislation of passing horses in the highway code - this is a busy road this will never happen
