Blocked drains/poor drainage causing flooding

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5211802.

The drains in the lay-by in Skibbs Lane are blocking with detritous and desparately need cleaning as the road keeps flooding. Skibbs Lane needs a good clean in general, it is like walking down a muckie field. It would be good to speak to someone about improving the drainage, as it was done in 2012 and now needs looking at.

  • Skibbs Lane is getting worse, I keep clearing the drains so we don't get flooded but leaves are blocking them again. Please let me know when this is being cleaning. We would still like to speak to someone about the drainage in the Lane. If we don't hear anything this week we will escalate the matter to the CEO.
