Property number nine has built their driveway into the public highway, making the road, narrow and difficult to pass other vehicles. They’ve they’ve removed their wall and put a driveway that extends out past everybody else’s wall and it’s very dangerous property number 11 has put cones outside their house and has started to use the public highway as a storage for their recycling. The road is very narrow, and these two obstructions are making it very difficult for cars to pass pass what they’ve done is made it into a single carriageway .

A check of the Land Registry records for the reported properties shows that the boundary for each extends to the edge of the road. Neither are therefore encroaching onto the highway.
