Overgrown veg impacting street lighting

The footpath and lightening is yours, if the vegitstion isn’t yours please find out and get them to cut it back. It is not my job to chase anyone. They are your street lights which we pay for so please cut these back so the street lights do what they are supposed to do and what we pay for!

How long is it going to take LBB to approve the work, leaves now dropped can’t really see the severest impact. I could have done this with a pole saw in 30mins…
