Pavement not swept for months -again

Although you claim to sweep the Ash Grove every week, in fact the brushes on your machine don't actually get lowered onto the road, and the pavements are not swept from one month to the next. This pile of leaves has been building up since September. Creates slip hazard and is a mecca for dogs and foxes.
