Rear of owner occupied flats 12-18 Doveney Close. Reported (Ref 5623785) abandoned untaxed vehicle FDO9 WZY driven away 28/2/24 replaced with damaged vehicle Reg BF63 LSZ - again in owner’s allocated parking bays. Do I have options???
