We have investigated this report and found the vehicle to be taxed; a taxed vehicle is a strong indicator of an interested party and therefore the vehicle is not considered to be abandoned at this time and no further action will be taken. You can check the tax status of a vehicle online via: https://www.gov.uk/ check-vehicle-tax. Insurance or MOT issues should be directed to the Police as Bromley do not have the statutory powers to deal with this type of offence.

This vehicle has four flat tyres and as I understand it isn’t secure so appears to be vulnerable to anyone, including children, to enter it. I also understand from a neighbour that the MOT has now expired. It is clearly dumped and has been for many months. In my opinion, it causes an obstruction and represents a hazard. PLEASE DO NOT PRINT MY DETAILS.
