Dumped rubbish including food waste

This is an ongoing problem where rubbish is dumped at the rear of the wedding dress shop. Rubbish including food waste which will attract vermin and foxes is strewn all over the pavement. It has been like this for weeks. Whatever the Council does it is not preventing this from re-occurring and it’s an eyesore and a health hazard.
