Congratulation to the council for getting the landowner to clear the site. However there remains on the "wasteland" between Maltby Close and Berwick Way a pile of rubbish behind the "The Second Home" cafe. This comes from the STAYZ restaurant at 254 High Street and was previously on the front high street pavement .

We have investigated this report and assessed the issue is not the responsibility of Bromley Council. This could be because the location or asset is private property, an unadopted road or beyond the maintained extent of a road. We are unable to progress this report further and this report will be closed. Please note that Bromley do not hold records of private ownership but if the information has been registered, the ownership of private land may be found via a land registry search: https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry
