I reported the problem of tree completely blocking out the light on 30 April, (5 months ago) and despite numerous updates the problem has still not been dealt with.

Thank you for your enquiry. Please accept our apologies for the delays. The works have been issued to the contractor who will book them in to be completed to cut back the hawthorn(s) which are disrupting the lighting column.
