The bushes along this section are now low enough to catch your head on and protruding over the path. Can they please be cut back? Thanks

Hello. I took these pics on Friday, the work has obviously not been completed. Are the contractors saying it has? Have they been paid already? I'd really like to know as many reports on here are closed as completed yet are constantly passed back to the council as still outstanding. Thanks...Rob
