Still totally silted up and blocked as at 7am Thursday 4 July.

The last day of July; photos attached taken 7am Wednesday 31 July.
Will this EVER be cleaned out? Along with all the other silted up drains in Chislehurst Ward ‘promised’ to be done in June?
I trust that the contractor has NOT yet been paid? Please advise…..
