According to our records neither the trees nor the land which they stand on are the responsibility of Bromley council.. In order to find out who owns the land on which the tree in question stands, I suggest you contact Croydon Land Registry on 020 8781 9100. Under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 Bromley council has discretionary powers and may decide to take action. Please make contact with owner and provide evidence to the affect that the owner is not willing to take any action.
