Tree issue had for last 3 years

I have reported this tree for 3 years and nothing has been done it currently has a continuous root growing in my garden lifting it up in middle, it’s always having random branches dropping in my garden and I have kids it is dangerous high also they did say it would be cut down to 6meters and cut back but never been done

  • I am fed up asking you to cut back the oak tree outside my house. You have too duck down to leave my property and pedestrians. The tree is also encroaching my house. I have given you in the past exactly the right position of the tree even three little words. All I can say now is that if my house is in anything damaged by the trees branches I shall be contacting our MP. I have lived there 25 years and it has never been touched. I look forward to your reply.

  • Hi, this second reply on my tree issue is nothing to do with me as you can see it is anonymous it’s not stopping me from gaining access it’s just a case of random branches dropping at times and it being oversized and not trimmed. And also I have not lived here for 25 years as said previously I’ve only been here 3 years. So this other report must be from one of our neighbours

  • Still hasn’t been cut I spoke to the main person at Bromley last time and they decided they was going to cut it about year ago and still got left nothing got done regarding this most of the trees on the corners of the roads round here have actually been completly cut down or trimmed a lot and ours keeps being left

    This tree was should have been worked on by now. it is not to cut it down to 6M its a dead wood and crown lift to 6M. That means branches/ suckers will be removed from the base up to 6M. Bromley Councillors, know what we will and will not do and have there backing. If it is damaging your property we can send our insurance section your details. Thank you. You will receive an email.

  • Hiya no I didn’t state it’s smashing my property that was next door lieing about this I have a report details from tree inspectors what they said would do and no the branches up to 6 meters haven’t been cut no one has ever been round in whole 3 years
