Drains need clearing or upgrading

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6305998.

Your drains outside this property are not adequate for the volume of water when flash floods occur and should be changed for kerbside drains as well. The volume of litter along this stretch of road is also unacceptable and the street looks like a dump! The shops and flats above dump blag bags out on the street and foxes often rip Them open. Rats have been seen in the area. Regular manual cleaning is required and in Altyre way!
