Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6310130.

The recycling collection week after week leaves rubbish lining the road all the way up to the top of the road. I have attempted to ask them to not leave rubbish all over but they ignore. It's unacceptable paying my council tax for a road that doesn't get looked after the council to then have rubbish left after collection.
