Replace vandalised new pavement tree (17-19 Uplands)

Reported via desktop in the Tree Vandalised category anonymously at 12:36, Sunday 4 August 2024

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6313690.

This newly-planted - within last 12 months - pavement tree has been deliberately snapped off at approx. 1m height. Please dig out and replace - it's unlikely to have established itself enough to need grinding? Thanks.
