  • It’s now 18:30 on Monday 12 th August and bins are still on the pedestrian footpath

  • More rubbish dumped by owners of the bins. So now a Fly tipping issue . Unacceptable behaviour and should not be tolerated

  • Bin bag rubbish spread all over the pavement now, absolutely disgusting

  • Wheelie bins still outside 101 the drum parish lane, rubbish now overflowing this really does need looking into not just taking away as the rubbish is all over the road and pavement.
