  • Email from csc inbox: I would like an update on the report made on 25th August about an issue with the pavement outside of a property we manage, reference - 6396546. I would like to know what action is being taken to resolve this as I have been informed that an elderly resident has previously been seriously injured due to this problem. There is a large section of pavement directly outside the property that causes water to pool constantly, no matter what we do. This froze over in the winter and the resident fell and broke their arm. This needs resolving in the short term. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

  • Resident has called for update. Works still need to be carried out before this becomes more of a hazard in the coming winter months. Please can a update be provided.

  • Could I please have an update on the above? We need to understand how long this issue is likely to be outstanding as there are serious health and safety concerns surrounding this problem. The attached pictures were taken two weeks ago and as you can see, there is a constant pool of water. This area has to be walked through in order to exit the property and now due to the cold weather, this puddle has iced over. This could be extremely dangerous for the residents of the property, so we would appreciate if this could be expedited.

  • We have still not received a response on the below. Could we please have an update as this could turn into a serious hazard, not only for the residents but for the general public, as hundreds of people likely have to walk past this area every day. I look forward to hearing from you.
