Large mound on road outside our house.

Reported via mobile in the Road Defect category anonymously at 11:09, Tuesday 10 September 2024

Sent to Bromley Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6456707.

This problem was first reported at the end of July, ref; 6294017. Area had tarmac put over it without finding out the cause of the problem and it appeared again within a few days. Again reported this and yellow barrier put around area approximately 3weeks ago. On calling again I was told it was a Thames Water problem. After contacting Thames Water I was told they did indeed investigate but there is no leak, it is therefore Bromley Council to investigate and repair. Could you kindly update me on what is happening as it makes entrance to my house quite difficult and dangerous.
