Vehicle abandoned
Reported via mobile in the Abandoned vehicle category by Lorna Morris at 09:20, Sat 14 September 2024
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6470703.
This vehicle has been parked outside 102 Chislehurst Road for approx six months. It has not moved. The front tyres are now flat. It does not have a valid MOT although, bizarrely, it has recently been re-taxed until March 2025. Parking space in the road is at a premium at certain times because of the nearby GP surgery, so removal of the vehicle would be appreciated. Thank you.

We have investigated this report and found the vehicle to be taxed; a taxed vehicle is a strong indicator of an interested party and therefore the vehicle is not considered to be abandoned at this time and no further action will be taken. You can check the tax status of a vehicle online via: https://www.gov.uk/ check-vehicle-tax. Insurance or MOT issues should be directed to the Police as Bromley do not have the statutory powers to deal with this type of offence.
State changed to: No further action
