Dear Sirs
It appears that you attended Invicta Close and pruned down some trees at the rear of Invicta Close. However, your team did not remove the debris. Additionally, there are still 2 forest trees that require urgent attention in this area. Your team also removed a post to presumably give access to a 'chipper' this has not been replaced properly. We are also aware that you should be conducting a treatment for Japanese knotweed in the adjacent land to the Flats at Invicta Close. Can you advise when this will be carried out and provide details/proof of treatment. I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your enquiry. Please accept our apologies on behalf of the contractor, the contracts manager has been informed of the situation and a team will return to clear up the debris left. Separately for site there are a number of works raised for site which the contractor is working through to remove dead hedgerow trees. With regard to JKW, this is handled by IdVerde and a copy of this enquiry has been sent to them to investigate and update you.
