Drain water smells and has toilet paper in it. What 3 words location is booth.before.minds it’s at the top of Rosebank off Anerley park. The water is right up to just below the drain but toilet paper has come up onto the road. It’s right outside my flat and I’m concerned it’s a health hazard to the street. Thanks
