Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6540900.

Driver and colleague dumped a stash of what looks like glass and frames in residents parking space. Drove off and did not come back. Not a customer delivery. Checked that. Contacted company and no action being taken by them to date. Happened 1630 1 October 2024.
