Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6557418.
Sat 5th Oct 2024: Our 25th monthly 'litter walk' along and around Green Street Green High Street, and sadly there is little sign of behaviour change amongst those who habitually litter and fly-tip in our neighbourhood. Notably there is litter to be found wherever cars and vans are parked. On Saturday 10 local residents litter picked (and recycled) 234 glass/plastic bottles/cans and 10 vapes (including an illegal vape), filled 3 purple sacks with non-recyclable rubbish, collected 2 illegal nitrous oxide canisters, the remains of a fly-tipped chair, a fly-posted sign, and filled 3 black sacks with weeds and grass cuttings from the shrub beds and green space next to the Village Sign for collection by Veolia. TIA
