  • The vehicle tax expired 30th September. Note that the DVLA typically allow a keeper a period of a month in which to renew their tax. Please refrain from reporting untaxed vehicles until this period has expired as no enforcement action can be taken during it. The area will be monitored until enforcement action can be taken.

  • This vehicle came to our attention on 15/10/2024. Pls note that under devolved powers agreement that the DVLA typically allow a keeper a period of a month in which to renew their tax. We are unable to consider any enforcement until that period expires. The vehicle is due to be inspected on or after 2nd November. Officers have monitored the area and have noted the condition of the mirror being damaged.
