    Is NOT true…

    See attached 8am Sunday 27 October photos….

    Please explain…..Why are you UNABLE/UNWIILING to do this simplest of jobs 100% PROPERLY first time?

    And please collect the uncollected/missed balloon and NOS canister, now next to the litter bin outside St Mary’s RC church.
