  • Due to the issue that has originally been reported 25/10/24 not being resolved correctly, yesterday an elderly lady slipped and fell over and hurt herself. The team that went to resolve the first time stated they were only going to do a little bit/patch and left the scraped off moss in a heap at the side of the road/pavement which is hidden now by fallen leaves therefore leaving the issue. This is dangerous for pedestrians and also with the moss on the road a danger for vehicles. This needs resloved ASAP.

  • Still no action

  • Resident has called to chase this up. The moss is still in a heap and is still causing a hazard towards vehicles and pedestrians. Please can this be chased up and the pavements to be cleared before this becomes a bigger hazard.

  • Resident has called in the issues of the moss are still there, would we be able to get this cleared as soon as possible as someone has fallen and the leaves on top of the moss is making it extremal dangerous and a hazard.
