The public litter bin that is usually outside the Court Road Premier supermarket has been missing for several days. Please can it be reinstated.

The bin which has been ordered as a replacement was not anywhere to be seen this morning, 26 November. I note the matter is now closed but it would appear that ‘appropriate action’ has not been taken yet.
