Mattress has been “fly tipped” and left in roadway, perhaps only a matter of time before an accident results. Would have moved it onto pavement but I have a bad back

  • Mattress is still thrre but has been moved a little further up the street onto the pavement No longer a traffic obstruction but is a pedestrian hazard
